Q: How do you charge?

A: We charge by the job. Please go to the contact page to arrange an appointment for one of us to visit your home. After analyzing your needs and desires, we will prepare a written quote either in your home, or for more involved projects, we will email a quote.

Q: Can you bill me for services?

A: Your Home’s Remedy accepts cash, checks, paypal, and all major credit cards with no “added” fees. Our personnel are authorized to securely accept your credit card in your home or business     We also offer 6 easy monthly payments or full payment in 6 months w ith no interest through PayPal.  Ask for details.

Q: Do you give free estimates?

A: Yes we gladly provide free estimates.  A written estimate will be agreed upon before work commences.  Estimate are provided to clients within service area at no charge.  For estimates outside the service area, a trip charge may apply.  Contact us for details.

Q: How do I cancel or change our appointment?

A: An appointment will be scheduled for a mutually convenient day and time for analyzing your needs and again for installation of your new products.  If you need to change either appointment, please let us know.

Q: Are you a franchise?

A: Despite the professional image of uniformed technicians and vehicle graphics, Your Home’s Remedy is locally owned and operated. Our name is copyrighted. In the future we plan to open the market in other areas and form partnerships/franchises.

Q: Are you licensed and insured

A:  Our business follows North Carolina Law.  Your  Home’s Remedy has a “business” license applicable to your city or town.  In the State of North Carolina contractors who repair, remodel, or renovate jobs under $30,000 are not required to have a general contrsctor’s license.   We have all licenses necessary for our trade. Your Home’s Remedy carries $1,000,000 general liability insurance.

Q: What if I need a special trade person?

A: We will make a recommendation based on our years in the business and will gladly put you in contact with  a specialized professional trades person or company. All financial transactions are between the service provider and you the customer.

Q: Do you guarantee your work?

A: Yes, we provide a limited lifetime warranty on the products we sell and install.  Please refer to the Guarantee Section of your contract for further details.  We stand behind our work.

Q: Where do you serve?

A: Presently we serve Raleigh,  Apex, Cary, Garner, and Holly Springs. With a trip charge, other areas are serviced. For more information please go to our service area page.
